New Method of Establishing Coal Mine Safety Culture Index System

The key of coal mine safety culture evaluation is the establishment of factors and evaluation index system.The model of PSR(Press-State-Response) provides a new way to establish the evaluation index system of coal mine safety culture.Based on analysis of various influential factors,the paper builds an evaluation index system which is composed of the index of press,state and response,and lays the foundation to realize the multiple perspectives and comprehensive measure of the coal mine safety culture system.
