Buried Depth Effect of Pressure Characteristics of Fully-mechanized Caving Stope in Super High Seam

    • Based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation technology, we systematically study the buried depth effect of pressure characteristics of full-mechanized caving stope in special thick coal seam with large mining height. The results show that in-situ stress, coal bearing pressure, the height and scope of roof strata entering into plastic yielding state, the advancing damage distance and range of bottom coal, top coal and roof, the vertical stress peak and the distance of peak stress ahead of working face will increase with the increase of buried depth gradually; at the same time, the sinking amount of top coal in the roof control area increases in logarithmic regularity with the increase of the buried depth.
